  • institute, centre, proprietor, owner, staff and franchise information;
  • student name, date of birth, course, enrolment, centre association and academic information;
  • identity, address, academic or supporting documents voluntarily submitted for registration or verification;
  • profile photographs, signatures and other account-related media where required;
  • communications through email, telephone, WhatsApp, support forms or other official channels;
  • transaction references and payment-status information received from payment providers.

Certain educational or verification records may need to be retained for an extended period to preserve the authenticity and traceability of issued documents.

General account and franchise services are intended for adults. Student services may, however, involve learners below the age of 18. Where a student is a minor, the relevant centre, parent, guardian or authorised representative must ensure that information is submitted and processed with any consent required by law.

If we learn that personal information of a minor has been collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable requirements, we will take reasonable steps to review, correct, restrict or delete that information as appropriate.

13. Trademark and Intellectual Property

XectiQ®, its logos, platform materials and related intellectual property remain the property of XectiQ Computer Education Pvt. Ltd. or their respective lawful owners. This Privacy Policy does not grant any licence to use such intellectual property.
